The Dorani C10 Intercom is an IP-based apartment intercom system designed for security and communication within buildings. End-users/Tenants should only adjust user-level settings, as installer-level settings can impact the system’s functionality. To use the Dorani C10 intercom system, you’ll primarily interact with the monitor inside your apartment. When a visitor calls from the door station, the monitor will ring, and you can answer by pressing one of the communication buttons (without holding). You can then talk to the visitor hands-free. To grant access, press one of the unlock buttons. To end the conversation, press the communication button again.
Detailed Steps:
Answering a Call: When a visitor calls from the door station, the intercom will ring and display information about the call on the monitor. Press one of the communication buttons (labeled “Talk”) to answer. Do not hold the button down.
Communicating: Once the call is connected, you can speak to the visitor hands-free.
Granting Access: If you want to let the visitor in, press one of the “Unlock” buttons (Unlock 1 or Unlock 2). The door will be unlocked, and the door station will usually notify the visitor that the door is open.
Ending the Conversation: To end the communication, press the communication button (Talk) once.
